A premiere-worthy entrance, with just the production you need.
A memorable photo area does not need to take over the room. Renting a red carpet and step-and-repeat in New Orleans lets you create a focused welcome for a reception, launch or private celebration. Decide whether guests will pause individually or arrive in groups, then size the setup around the actual entrance rather than choosing the longest carpet available.
Red carpet runners from 10–40 ft can be scoped to the available footprint, with gold stanchions and velvet ropes defining the arrival route. Custom logo step-and-repeat backdrops give photos a recognizable setting; allow time for artwork approval before production. Ask about usable logo files, print dimensions and placement so repeated marks remain visible behind small groups. Delivery, setup and pickup are coordinated with the venue rather than left to guests. Confirm the requested length, backdrop size, surface conditions and access window in your quote. A runner must stay flat and must never obstruct an accessible route or emergency exit.
The rental can be booked alone or combined with a Hollywood Party package. A standalone installation suits hosts who already have a photographer and entertainment. A produced package can add paparazzi-style photography, an emcee or music to connect arrivals with the rest of the evening. Tell us which suppliers are already confirmed so there is no duplicated equipment or uncertainty about who is responsible for the photo area.
Location planning matters as much as styling. A gathering in New Orleans might use French Quarter venues, historic ballrooms, courtyards, each with its own practical limitations. When inviting guests from Metairie or Kenner, explain the entrance they should use rather than relying only on a street address. Check lift access, unloading times, available electrical supply and any paperwork the venue needs from suppliers. Protect accessible routes and keep the guest arrival separate from equipment movement. For open-air plans, identify a covered alternative before finalizing the layout. Confirm loading access, safe guest routes and any indoor alternative with your venue before finalizing the setup.
A helpful inquiry explains the guest experience, not just the event label. Share the date, approximate number attending, room or venue details and the moments that matter most to you. If you already have suppliers, list them so responsibilities can be separated clearly. Browse the packages for a fuller production or use the quote form below to discuss a narrower requirement. Mention any access needs and approval deadlines at the start. We aim to respond within 24 hours with a custom quote; dates and services remain subject to confirmation, and the written proposal sets out the agreed scope and pricing.

Planning questions
Yes. The carpet and step-and-repeat can be booked as a standalone rental or included in a larger package. Share the date, venue, desired runner length and backdrop requirements so the quote reflects the installation you actually need.
Red carpet runners from 10–40 ft can be requested. The suitable length depends on usable floor space, doorway clearance and the venue layout. Confirm the final size and availability in your proposal rather than measuring only the distance from the street.
Delivery, setup and pickup are arranged as part of the rental scope. Provide loading access, installation times and the venue’s collection deadline. Your quote will confirm the schedule and any site-specific logistics.
Tell us about your venue in New Orleans, Metairie or Kenner. Share the date, access arrangements and approximate guest count so we can confirm availability and any travel or setup requirements. A nearby location is not assumed to have the same logistics as a city-center venue.
